Basmati rice 300g, single cream 50g, onion 50g, courgettes 250g, 2 Golden Apples, 1 spoonful of curry, butter, chives, vegetable stock, dry white wine, salt.
Boil the rice in a litre of vegetable stock flavoured with curry. Cut the apples into little cubes and roast them with chopped up onion and some butter, add a little wine and the cream. Reduce the sauce and pour it on the rice. Complete your dish with salt and chives.
